Administrative assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in administrative work and be willing to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the management team by handling day-to-day operations such as filing, scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask. They must also be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
• Fluency in English is a must
• Willingness to work with a diverse team
• Experience with international clients is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desirable
Salary: 1000 AED per month
