Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 and is open to both local and foreign candidates. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring suitable candidates for open positions within the company. You will also be responsible for managing the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and that successful hires are on-boarded successfully.

Requirements for Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing and selecting qualified candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of local labor laws
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
