Recruiter vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait
At Al-Kuwait, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing the recruitment and selection of new employees.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational and communication skills. The Recruiter must have a good understanding of the local job market and be able to think strategically to develop recruitment plans that attract the right talent. They must have a strong attention to detail and be able to screen applications quickly and accurately to identify the most suitable candidates for each vacancy. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates with minimal work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Developing recruitment strategies that reflect the organization’s needs
- Assessing job requirements by working closely with hiring managers
- Identifying suitable candidates by utilizing various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Screening applications by conducting interviews, reference checks, background checks, etc.
- Maintaining relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
- Preparing job offers and contracts for successful applicants
- Collaborating with other departments on recruitment initiatives such as diversity programs or employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a corporate setting
- Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
