Merchandiser - Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of merchandise in our retail stores. You will ensure that the shelves are stocked with the right amount and type of products, and that all products are properly priced and labeled.

You should have good customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you should also have knowledge of Pakistani culture and language. Fluency in English is not required for this position. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate inventory counts of merchandise in each store
• Monitor stock levels, reorder items to ensure sufficient stock
• Price and label merchandise correctly
• Ensure displays are attractive and well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service when needed
• Monitor market trends and recommend changes to the product mix accordingly
• Work with store managers to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (e.g., POS software)
• Knowledge of Pakistani culture and language (preferred)
• Good understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure • Excellent organizational skills
