We are looking for a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team of professionals and ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, be highly detail oriented, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. The candidate should also be comfortable working with computers and various software programs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely manner;
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls;
• Arranging travel arrangements;
• Creating agendas for meetings;
• Drafting reports;
• Updating databases;
• Organizing company documents;
• Providing administrative assistance to the team when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent field;
• 2+ years of experience as a Secretary or similar role;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic;
• Highly organized with superior multitasking abilities;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software applications.
