We are looking for an Office Clerk with excellent organizational and administrative skills to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The salary is 1100 AED per month and we are open to considering applications from immigrants.
The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, including organizing files, handling phone calls, managing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining databases. Further duties may include assisting with setting up meetings or events, ordering supplies or equipment for the office, preparing presentations or reports as needed, and other tasks as assigned.
The successful applicant should have excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Word & Excel) as well as experience in customer service or office work. A high school diploma is required; however, additional training or education in business administration may be preferred. Additionally, a background in accounting would be advantageous but not essential for this role.
