Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and hiring qualified candidates for various positions throughout the organization. You will work to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective, while maintaining a positive relationship with potential candidates. You will also collaborate with other departments in order to identify needs and prioritize hiring efforts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruiting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
