We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English (both written and spoken), and a valid driving license. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and performing various clerical tasks. Responsibilities include filing documents, data entry, managing calendars, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, responding to emails and phone calls, taking accurate notes during meetings, maintaining office supplies inventory, running errands as required, and other related tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of experience working in an office environment and must have a valid driving license. We prefer an Egyptian national but all qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
