Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef for our restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure that high standards of cuisine are maintained, and that all customer needs are met. The Executive Chef will be responsible for menu design, ordering ingredients, overseeing food preparation and presentation, and managing the daily operations of the kitchen.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisine
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
