Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and performing a variety of tasks. These duties include managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentations, taking phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary or in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Solid understanding of basic office procedures
