Secretary vacancy in Sharjah UAE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized secretary to join our growing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be a highly capable individual with excellent organizational skills, a great eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: providing administrative support to senior management, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking minutes during meetings, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining filing systems, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accurate, and managing office supplies. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing as they will be responsible for liaising with clients on a daily basis.
The successful candidate must have at least two years of relevant experience as well as excellent knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable. A degree in business or related field is also preferred. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position so long as they have the necessary qualifications and experience.
