Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential job candidates, helping to ensure that our recruitment process remains efficient and effective. The position offers a salary of 1200 and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Duties & Responsibilities
-Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies/plans to acquire qualified candidates
-Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
-Conducting interviews with prospective employees on site or via video conferencing
-Assessing candidates’ qualifications and suitability for positions based on their background, experience, education, soft skills, etc.
-Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities in the appropriate databases
-Providing input into the development of job descriptions as needed
-Providing feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of the recruitment process

Qualifications & Skills
-At least 1 year of experience in recruitment roles preferred
-Strong problem solving skills and an ability to think outside the box when it comes to sourcing talent
-Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral & written)
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
-Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
-Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
