Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Job Responsibilities
• Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide general assistance to staff and visitors
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails
• Handle document management, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
• Schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, conferences, and other events
• Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, invoices
• Take dictation from senior executives
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels; placing orders; verifying receipt of items
• Collect data on customer needs and feedbacks to help identify potential areas for improvement in service delivery
• Assist in organizing company events or activities such as conferences or seminars
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
