Cashier - Al Shamkhah City, UAE
We are searching for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Al Shamkhah City, UAE. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and have a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receiving payments from customers and providing accurate change and receipts.
- Counting money in the cash drawer at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Balancing daily transactions by reconciling receipts with sales records.
- Processing credit/debit card payments as needed.
- Maintaining a clean workspace and ensuring organizational accuracy at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a related field is required.
- Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Must be reliable, honest, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
- A pleasant personality is also beneficial for this role.
- Nationality preference would be given to Indians or Africans but is not required.
- No English required for this job role as long as the candidate can understand basic instructions given in English (non native speakers welcome). - Must be willing to work part time with own visa (accommodation not provided). - 12th pass or equivalent qualification preferred.
