The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. They will be responsible for selecting and purchasing wines, as well as providing customers with their selections and pairing them with food. The successful candidate should have an excellent knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and vintages, as well as a strong understanding of food and wine pairing techniques.
