Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and hiring qualified candidates for various positions, ensuring the recruiting process is completed efficiently and effectively. This position offers a salary of 1500 and we are open to considering an immigrant.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop recruitment strategies and techniques to attract qualified candidates
• Source potential candidates through online channels such as social media, job sites, etc.
• Lead recruitment processes including interviewing, screening, reference checks, etc.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
• Manage schedules/calendars for interviews and other recruitment activities
• Build relationships with potential candidates by providing accurate information about job opportunities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of experience working in a recruiting role preferred but not required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
