Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this position, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing filing systems, scheduling appointments, and providing general support for the whole office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, so you must possess strong communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is reliable and hardworking with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for the Candidate:
We are looking for an individual who is motivated to learn new skills and has a desire to grow professionally. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well as basic computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. In addition, you should have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks according to urgency. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, we are willing to consider candidates with no experience. Lastly, you should have the ability to work independently or as part of a team and stay focused on your tasks while remaining calm under pressure. Salary is 1700 AED per month.
