We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport and be able to communicate effectively in English. Previous experience is not required but would be beneficial. You should also have the ability to work on a contract basis and must be willing to work as part of a team. We are especially interested in candidates from Africa and Malayalees who are freshers or without experience.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support such as filing, photocopying, data entry and managing office supplies. You will also help with the preparation of documents and presentations, manage office correspondence and assist with other duties as assigned. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, have a keen eye for detail and be able to multi-task with ease.
