Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role. As a Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Your primary duties will include managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing reports, filing documents, and other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision. They should be highly detail-oriented with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential for this position.
