We are looking for a qualified Optometrist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing eye care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work well with others.

The successful candidate must hold a degree in optometry or equivalent and a certification from the relevant institute. Experience working in an optometry setting is an asset but not required. The successful candidate should also possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times.

The primary responsibilities of the position include conducting comprehensive eye examinations for patients, examining and testing eyesight, diagnosing vision problems, developing eye care plans, providing patient education on vision issues, fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, advising on proper eye wear use and maintenance, ordering supplies for the practice and participating in continuing education opportunities. Additionally, the role is responsible for identifying potential problems with patient’s eyesight that may need specialist referral.
