Office Assistant (Indian Nationality Preferred) – Bani Yas City, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant for a position in Bani Yas City, UAE. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national and must be fluent in English. Visa sponsorship will be provided to successful applicants.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and performing general office duties. This includes answering telephone calls, filing documents, managing correspondence, updating records, and other related tasks as required by the office team. The Office Assistant should also have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
The successful applicant must have at least one year of experience working in an office environment and possess excellent communication skills. Computer literacy is essential for this role as well as a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential.
