Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be a highly organized and efficient professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The Secretary will be primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the office. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, preparing documents, maintaining filing systems and organizing meetings. Additionally they will provide support to the organization by performing other tasks as assigned.
The successful candidate should have a strong attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills as well as an understanding of computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous experience as a Secretary or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
