Job Opportunity: Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi! This position offers a salary of 1400 per month and is open to all immigrants.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.

The main duties include:
• Managing the housekeeping staff, setting schedules, assessing their performance and giving feedback;
• Overseeing laundry operations and ensuring that linens are properly washed;
• Checking rooms for cleanliness;
• Ensuring that public areas are kept neat and tidy at all times;
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, furniture, and other items;
• Supervising the cleaning process of guest rooms and common areas;
• Handling guest complaints related to housekeeping services;
• Preparing reports on housekeeping operations.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field as well as at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. A valid driver’s license is preferred. Computer literacy is also required.
