Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE (Preferred Pakistani Nationality)
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should be of Pakistani nationality and be able to speak English fluently. The position is temporary and does not require any prior experience.

The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, filing documents, managing office supplies, running errands, and other clerical tasks as needed. You will also be asked to assist with setting up meetings and events, as well as providing biometric passport services.

To be successful in this role you should have a 12th pass or equivalent qualification and excellent organizational skills. You must also possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with visitors and staff in a professional manner. Knowledge of office software such as Word and Excel is also beneficial.
