We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing efficient administrative support to the team. The role requires a person with strong organizational skills and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. We expect the candidate to be highly organized, resourceful, detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently. Main responsibilities include preparing reports and documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information with discretion. The successful candidate should also possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to effectively handle inquiries from internal or external customers in a timely manner.
