The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. They should also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as experience of working in a professional environment. The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
• Diploma or equivalent in business administration or relevant field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent knowledge of administrative practices
• Good time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time
The job duties of the Administrative Assistant will include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This may include taking calls, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, organizing files and other related activities. In addition, you will be responsible for providing support to management staff by performing various tasks such as data entry into databases and help with research projects. You will also be required to coordinate the daily operations of the office including filing documents and maintaining records.
