Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1100/month

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing qualified personnel for a variety of positions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local job market, excellent communication skills and be able to utilize a variety of recruitment methods. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with recruitment software is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing job descriptions and specifications
• Creating and managing job postings on online job boards
• Sourcing candidates using various methods such as networking, cold calling, head hunting, etc.
• Conducting initial interviews over the phone or face-to-face
• Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Providing advice to hiring managers on candidate selection
• Maintaining relationships with both internal departments and external partners

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field preferred
• At least three years of experience in recruitment
• Ability to review resumes quickly and accurately identify qualified candidates • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Knowledgeable in the local job market • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Able to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Fluency in English is required (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
