Job Opening: Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and cleaning skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with a team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 per month. We are open to consider immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
• Ensure all areas are kept clean, sanitized and organized
• Create and implement strategies to improve efficiency
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to housekeeping
• Supervise staff members, assign tasks, ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies
• Handle customer complaints and queries promptly
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure high standards are maintained

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in hospitality industry
• Good working knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff members
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work under pressure
