Job Responsibilities:
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Greeting visitors and clients warmly upon arrival
• Maintaining office supplies and equipment by ordering supplies as needed
• Maintaining office files, records, and electronic databases in an organized manner
• Scheduling appointments and providing support for administrative tasks such as photocopying and printing documents
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
• Knowledge of office procedures and equipment preferred
