Job Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and procedures including filing systems, ordering supplies, maintaining records, etc.
• Develop and implement administrative systems to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Monitor budget expenditures and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements as needed.
• Coordinate meetings with staff members as well as external parties.
• Assist with project management tasks such as research, scheduling meetings/events, etc.
• Provide customer service support when needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or administrative capacity is preferred.
• Good knowledge of office procedures and practices
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
