We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people find rewarding, meaningful careers. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions across our organization. You will source candidates through job postings, referrals, online job sites, networking events, and other methods. Once you have identified potential candidates, you will conduct interviews and assess each person's qualifications against the job requirements to determine if they are a good fit for the position. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to ensure that high quality individuals are brought on board in a timely manner.

To be successful as the Recruiter, you should have excellent communication skills and be familiar with recruiting best practices and industry trends. You should also have excellent analytical skills to assess potential candidates' qualifications against the job requirements quickly and accurately. A strong understanding of different recruitment strategies and techniques is essential to this role as well.

The salary offered for this position is 1600 per month plus benefits including healthcare and other allowances as applicable by law.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a degree in Human Resources or related field, at least 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role, strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively, knowledge of relevant labor laws or regulations, and excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is also preferred but not required.
