We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Office Assistant for our team in Reef Al Fujairah City, UAE. Preference will be given to those with experience, but without experience is also acceptable. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively manage their time. Additionally, Indian or African nationality is preferred but not required.
The main responsibilities of this position include providing administrative assistance to the team, answering phones and emails, managing schedules and appointments, preparing documents and reports, filing documents electronically and physically as well as other office-related duties as assigned.
