We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400. We are willing to consider candidates who are immigrants and those without prior experience.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask effectively. They should also be able to work independently, have a strong attention to detail, and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. The Secretary will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties including answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing documents, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO or other management staff. The successful candidate must also possess excellent customer service skills in order to effectively interact with clients and customers.
