Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, with a salary of 1700. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the executive team and ensure that all tasks related to the department are efficiently taken care of. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and be highly motivated and proactive. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
Job Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Secretary is to provide administrative assistance to the executive team by maintaining files and records, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, taking minutes at meetings, and performing other related tasks. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing incoming emails, responding promptly to inquiries, organizing travel arrangements as requested by the executive team, booking tickets for events or conferences when necessary, and providing general office support such as filing documents or ordering stationery.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a degree in business administration or a related field of study as well as at least two years of experience in an administrative role. They should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language with strong attention to detail and accuracy in their work. In addition to that, strong organizational skills are required along with being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (MS Word, Excel). Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus but not mandatory for this position.
