We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to applicants of Indian nationality who do not require English skills. No prior experience is necessary for this position.

The Office Assistant’s primary responsibilities include handling daily administrative tasks such as filing, organizing and data entry. The successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the office’s daily operations including scheduling meetings and appointments, taking phone calls and organizing office supplies. Additionally, the Office Assistant will be responsible for providing general assistance to staff members as needed.
