We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, filing, and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role and is capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate must possess strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable. We are open to considering qualified candidates from abroad who have a valid work visa.
The responsibilities of the Administrator will include but not be limited to:
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
• Scheduling appointments and meetings as requested
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails/inquiries
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
• Maintaining filing systems for company documents (electronic or physical)
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned by management
