We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be a motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We offer a salary of 1400 and are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
Job Description: The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the organisation, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This role is critical to ensure that the organisation runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Duties and Responsibilities: The Administrator will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing reports, invoicing, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, dealing with customer enquiries and complaints, sending out correspondence by email or post etc. They will also be expected to provide general support to colleagues as required.
Qualifications and Requirements: The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as an administrator in a similar role. They must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong organisational skills; the ability to work independently; good problem solving skills; the ability to work as part of a team; a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages; and fluency in English (other languages would be an advantage).
