Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to the team, including managing emails, answering calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, taking notes during meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing documents. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements for the Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or in an administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure
Salary & Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1700 ($/month). We are also open to considering immigrant candidates. Benefits include medical insurance coverage.
