Job Title: Office Assistant (Sharjah, UAE)
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assistance to the staff of our office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls and responding to general inquiries
• Assisting with the preparation of documents/reports
• Filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Maintaining supplies and equipment
• Coordinating office activities and events
• Providing general administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Fluency in English is essential
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
• Must possess a valid biometric passport for all nationalities
• Must be flexible to work in a contract job
• Malayalees are preferred but applications from all nationalities will be considered.
