Housekeeping Manager – Abu-Dhabi
A Housekeeping Manager is needed in Abu-Dhabi to oversee the operations of the housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing the overall housekeeping operations and performance, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to standards, and providing advice and guidance to the staff.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills with a good attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential. A valid work visa for UAE is required if you are a foreigner. The salary offered is 1300 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement cleaning policies, standards, and procedures
• Monitor housekeeping performance, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventories of cleaning supplies, materials, equipment and furniture
• Organize staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage of all areas
• Provide guidance, training and mentoring to staff members when necessary
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals following safety instructions
• Maintain records of maintenance tasks and other related activities
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in a similar position preferred but not essential
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
