Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrator for a full-time position in Abu-Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to management, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office. The role involves overseeing various administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, providing information to customers, managing databases and handling incoming correspondence.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. A good understanding of computer programs such as Microsoft Office is also required. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
