Job Title: Secretary
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1800 AED
We are looking for a qualified and motivated Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We are open to hiring a foreigner for the role.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling phone calls
• Prepare documents for meetings, as well as take notes during meetings
• Maintain filing systems both digital and physical
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Support other departments in their day-to-day tasks as needed
• Follow up on tasks assigned by management
• Ensure completion of tasks in a timely fashion
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Secretary or similar role preferred, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are beneficial)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently
