Office Assistant (Part Time, Experienced) – Abu-Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects with accuracy. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality.

This position is part-time and requires no English language skills. Candidates with relevant experience are preferred; however, freshers may also apply.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Filing documents and maintaining filing systems
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Greeting visitors
• Updating records in databases
• Taking inventory of office supplies
• Performing data entry tasks
• Assisting other administrative staff as needed.
