Job Title: Recruiter

Salary: 1400 AED per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing potential new hires for our organization. You will also be tasked with developing and managing relationships with candidates, ensuring that they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of recruitment procedures and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to consider immigrants for the position (if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the area of recruitment or similar role (preferred but not required)
