Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Maintain calendars and schedules for the office
β’ Monitor incoming emails
β’ Answer incoming calls and take messages as needed
β’ Receive visitors at the front desk
β’ Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
β’ Prepare meeting materials such as agendas and minutes of meetings
β’ Prepare reports and presentations as requested
β’ Arrange travel accommodations when necessary
β’ Provide other administrative support as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
β’ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
β’ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team environment
β’ Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) β’ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion β’ Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills Salary: 1100 AED
