Job Description:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain calendars and schedules for the office
• Monitor incoming emails
• Answer incoming calls and take messages as needed
• Receive visitors at the front desk
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, etc.
• Prepare meeting materials such as agendas and minutes of meetings
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested
• Arrange travel accommodations when necessary
• Provide other administrative support as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team environment
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills Salary: 1100 AED
