Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE (Preference for Indians with English-Speaking Skills)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant for our offices in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a similar role and should be able to communicate effectively in English. We strongly prefer candidates of Indian nationality who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the office staff by performing various administrative tasks. This will include handling incoming and outgoing calls, managing filing systems, preparing reports and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, creating purchase orders, coordinating travel arrangements, handling visitorsā inquiries, updating records in the database system, and any other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
The successful candidate must be organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to prioritize tasks efficiently and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Candidates with a good understanding of office management processes are highly preferred. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office is also essential for this role.
