Office Assistant – Sharjah, UAE (Experience Required, Own Visa Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This is a temporary role and requires excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should have prior work experience in a similar role for at least two years and must possess their own visa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative tasks such as providing support to other staff members, managing office supplies, filing documents, and handling incoming mail and phone calls. They should be organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
To be successful in this role the preferred candidate should demonstrate excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and great problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as part of a team is essential.
