Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. You will also be responsible for assisting with scheduling meetings and appointments and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. Additionally, you will be expected to answer phones and provide customer service when necessary.
The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration and a good understanding of computer systems such as MS Office. You should also have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in a similar position. A good command of English is essential for this role as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Indian nationals are preferred but all applicants are welcome to apply.
