Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and professional Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a variety of areas including document management, customer service, financial administration and other administrative duties as required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the organization by performing tasks such as filing paperwork, responding to mail and calls, managing customer inquiries, and other related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and transactions.
- Monitor incoming emails and respond accordingly in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on customersā activities or other activities as needed.
- Assist with budgeting and financial administration tasks.
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings or appointments as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task with excellent time management skills while remaining professional under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with little direction as well as part of a team when necessary.
