Secretary job vacancy in Sharjah UAE


We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team and other departments in the organization.

The role includes duties such as answering calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, preparing reports and other documents, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, filing and updating files and databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational abilities.

The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential for this role. The ideal candidate should also possess a professional attitude and be able to work comfortably under pressure. Experience of working in an office environment is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
